i think age 1-5 years..
b'coz this is the good time that the children can approve the education or training easier.
absolutely, they learns with they parrents.
so the parrents can handdle the children to get the positive information...
maybe that's all for me...

i think since age 8 must be introduced with IT

I think that childrend should be introduced to IT at they have age school. Because the children can get learn from teacher, and the parents can observing.
